About Me

I offer a holistic, collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, catered to each individual. I utilize evidence-based practices based in training in multiple modalities of psychotherapy. Taking into account the multidimensionality of the human experience, I aim to help guide people towards living a meaningful life, doing the work of self-discovery, and/or healing with greater perspective and awareness. My practice is rooted in the connection between the body, mind. I offer skills and strategies and also space for processing and exploration.

I believe in the importance of finding the freedom of being who you are and want to be. I believe that as people, we do the best that we can, but we don’t have to do it alone. I will walk alongside you in the process, through the hills and the valleys, not in front or behind. Clients have described me as approachable, attentive, thoughtful, genuine, and warm, direct.
